Shipping

All orders placed online will be processed within 1-4 days of the order fulfillment.  Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.  All orders are placed via United States Postal Service.  Shipping is non-refundable.

Returns

Any unworn items that you would like to return must be sent back to Emerald Poppies within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.  You can exchange an item or receive store credit if returned within 14 days of the purchase.  Contact us so that we can process your return at emeraldpoppiesart@gmail.com.  The customer will be responsible for packaging the product and paying for return shipping.

We will process your return once the package is delivered to us. It could take up to 7 days. 

Local Delivery

If you choose Local Delivery as your delivery method, you will be contacted through email or phone with the information that you provided with your order.  Once your order is fulfilled and ready for delivery, we will contact you.
